The Single Apartment offers approximately 19 m² of modern, comfortable living space and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Built in 2023, the apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating and a private modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fully equipped kitchenette with hob, refrigerator and cooking utensils gives you the flexibility to prepare your own meals whenever you like – especially convenient for longer stays.
Everything is ready for you upon arrival: Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.
For stays of 14 nights or more, an intermediate cleaning service is included every two weeks, helping to keep your apartment clean and comfortable throughout your stay.
The Penthouse Apartment offers approximately 19 m² of modern, comfortable living space for up to two guests. Built in 2023, the apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fully equipped kitchenette with a hob, refrigerator, and cooking utensils gives you the flexibility to prepare your own meals whenever you like – especially convenient for longer stays.
A special advantage is the quiet location on the penthouse floor, where there are only four apartments in total. This creates a more private and peaceful atmosphere.
